Laundry service in Brunswick East
Living in Brunswick East
Period homes, townhouses, and low-rise apartments line the streets between Lygon Street and Merri Creek. Our laundromat is right here: walk-in or pickup, your choice.
Brunswick East is a suburb of renters: over half the residents rent, and a big chunk of them are in share houses in the older weatherboards and cottages on streets like Gamble, Rickard, and Elm Grove east of Lygon. The East Brunswick Village development on Nicholson Street has added over 900 apartments to the suburb in the last few years, and many of those buildings have shared laundry facilities rather than in-unit machines. Between the apartment residents without their own washer and the share houses running a single machine for four or five people, there’s a lot of laundry that needs doing. Our facility is literally on Lygon Street.
Most pickups here are from apartment lobbies or front porches. We’re in and out quickly. For the East Brunswick Village buildings, each has its own intercom entry, so include your building name and access details when you book. The older cottages and terraces closer to Merri Creek have straightforward front-door access.
